Pet Policy

Cats and dogs will be accepted with an additional required deposit and an additional one-time, non-refundable pet fee and a monthly pet rent, per animal (maximum of two pets per apartment). Because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accept the following breeds, dogs resembling these breeds, or mixes of these breeds: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Sheppard, Husky, Pitt Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid. Our pet policy and fees do not apply to assist animals.
